Drop by for a little detour.
A hidden Japanese cafe above the flowers, up the red spiral stairs, steps from Pasar Seni.
Yorimichi means taking the scenic way, stopping by on the way home. Slip into the back alley, climb the red spiral stairs, and you land in a quiet room of light oak, shoji screens and a cherry blossom tree. Homely Japanese food, sweet things, and tea that takes its time.

“Really nice place for people watching.”
Such a cute lunch / tea spot… a much needed reprieve with a cute, air conditioned ambience! The karaage don was FANTASTIC.
Mentaiko pasta! Yummier than we thought and without it being “jelak”. Karaage: crispy & juicy, seasoned well.
The gyudon is actually quite good with decent quality beef. And I like the richness of the onsen egg yolk.
Really like the vibes… we sat at the outdoors overhanging area. Really nice place for people watching. Their miso soup was really tasty!
